STREET TRADING DESIGNATIONS London Local Authorities Act 1990
(as amended) Section 24, Section 32 (7) and (8)
The London Local Authorities Act 1990 makes provision for the granting of licences for street trading. To designating any streets for street trading or determining any charges to be made for such licences, the Council is required to identify the appointed day the resolution will come into effect. The London Borough of Barnet has resolved to designate the streets and or part of streets identified below. The appointed day for this designation was (28 days after the 1st notice was published) on 28th June 2018
