(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Woodfield Crescent, Kidderminster]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:

Woodfield Crescent (north side) from a point 48.5 metres west of its junction with Cobden Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY10 1DB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/ representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 9 August 2018.

(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Lynwood Drive, Station Drive, Mill Close, Sculthorpe Road and Mill Lane, Blakedown]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Blakedown:-

Lynwood Drive (east side) from its junction with Station Road for a distance of

19 metres in a south westerly direction; (west side) from its junction with Station Road for a distance of 22 metres in a south westerly direction. Station Drive (south side) from a point 15 metres north west of its junction with A456 Birmingham Road to a point 3 metres north west of its junction with Lynwood Drive; from its junction with Blakedown Railway Line level crossing for a distance of 37 metres in a south easterly direction. Mill Close (west side) from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 21 metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 18 metres in a southerly direction. Sculthorpe Road (west side) from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 26 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Mill Lane for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction. Mill Lane (north side) from its junction with Blakedown Railway Line level crossing to a point 15 metres west of its junction with Sculthorpe Road; (south side)

from its junction with Blakedown Railway Line level crossing for a distance of

89 metres in a westerly direction.

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads

in Kidderminster:-:

Oldnall Road (south side) from a point 15 metres north west its junction with Russell Road to a point 23 metres south east of that junction, adistance of 51 metres in a south easterly direction.

Russell Road (both sides) from its junction with Oldnall Road for a distance of

22 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil

enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

(C2182 Lea Lane, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2182 Lea Lane, Kidderminster from its junction with B4189 Wolverley Road for a distance of 752 metres in a north easterly direction in order to investigation depression in carriageway.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: C2182 Lea Lane, B4189 Wolverley Road, A449 Wolverhampton

Road, C2283 Castle Road, C2182 Lea Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 6 August 2018.
