The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:

P18/S1156/HH Removal of 14 courses of apparently modern LBC marked bricks from the upper section of a wall between the gardens of 17&18 High Street Thame. Small 50cm opening in lower 10 courses of older style bricks to facilitate entry. Erection of a dividing wall/fence to seal off 17&18 High Street Thame for security. Wavertree House 18 High Street Thame Oxon OX9 2BZ (CA/LB) P18/S1726/LB Installation of a kitchen island in the dining room area of cottage. Removal of the tiles down to the existing concrete screed for the trench digging and replacing with oak wooden floor boards in the dining area and small hallway by the back door. 59 High Street Chalgrove OX44 7SR/LB P18/S1873/HH Amended design to P17/S3441/HH for single storey extensions. Block A - Make material changes using blue engi neeri ng bri ck pli nth; change timber windows, i ndi cated on plan, to engineered wood/aluminium/composite. Include utility area. Block B - Change roof on part indicated to an apex design. Create windows in the garden store, reduce the wall height slightly. Slight realignment of footing.
