(WaitingRestrictionsandStreetParkingPlaces) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Drovers Way and Southdown Road, Worcester] On 28 June 2018 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit of waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester:

Drovers Way (west side) from its junction with Bilford Road to a point 13.7 metres north of the school access (including around the school access and to include replacement of the existing advisory "School Keep Clear" markings).

east side - from its junction with Southdown Road for a distance of 13.7 metres in a northerly direction and 10 metres in a southerly direction; and from a point 39.5 metres south ofits junction with Southdown Road to its junction with Bilford Road (to include replacement of the existing advisory "School Keep Clear" markings). Southdown Road (both sides) from its junction with Bilford Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwillcontain exemptionstoallowparking/accessforcertainpurposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2018. Notice of Confirmation of an Order

HighwaysAct1980Section118A

Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Section 53A(2) (Extinguishment of Footpath NJ-545 (Part), formerly Footpath 21, in The Parish of Norton Juxta Kempsey) Public Path Rail Crossing Extinguishment and Definitive Map Modification Order 2018 On 21 June 2018 the Worcestershire County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 118A of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish Footpath NJ-545 (part) formerly Footpath 21, in the Parish of Norton Juxta Kempsey as shown on the Order map as follows. Footpath NJ-545 (Part) - The length and entire width of footpath NJ-545, in the parish of Norton juxta Kempsey. to be extinguished commences at Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 8869 5084. The path proceeds in a generally east-southeasterly direction for approximately 420 metres crossing the Birmingham and Gloucester (BAG) railway line at Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 8906 5066, to then turn to head in a generally north-northeasterly direction following the embankment of the Birmingham and Gloucester (BAG) railway line along the field edge for approximately 165 metres to Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 8911 5081. The path then continues in a generally north-northeasterly direction passing under the Cotswold railway line for a further approximately 50 metres to terminate at Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 8913 5085. The total distance of footpath to be extinguished is approximately 635 metres.

A copy of the Order as confirmed, and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP and at Wychavon District Council, Civil Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore, WR101PTduring normal office hours. Copies of the Order and map may be bought at County Hall at the price of £7.50. The Order came into force on 21 June 2018 but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that any provision contained in it, on the groundthatitisnotwithinthepowersoftheHighways Act 1980 as amended or on the ground that any requirementoftheAct,asamended,orofanyregulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act within 6 weeks (24 August 2018) from the date of this Notice to make an application to the High Court.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Hatfield Road, Norton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of Hatfield Road, Norton from its junction with C2108 Hatfield to its junction with C2055 Church Lane in order to install broadband cabling works by Grub Construction Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2055 Church Lane, C2201 Wadborough Road, C2108 Wadborough Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 6 August 2018.

(C2065 Knightwick Road to Hopton Lane, Alfrick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2065 Knightwick Road to Hopton Lane, Alfrick from its junction with C2233 Alfrick to its junction with C2245 Hopton Lane in order to facilitate water main works by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford, A4103 Bransford, A44 Bromyard, A44 Bromyard Road, A44 Doddenham, A44 Darbys Green, A44 Bromyard, C2065 Lulsley, C2065 Lulsley to Knightwick Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 7 August 2018.

(Elbury Park Road, Worcester)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of Elbury Park Road, Worcester from its junction with B4637 Tolladine Road to its junction with Kirkstone Drive in order to facilitate a new water connection by Severn Trent. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: Elbury Park Road, Amberside Drive, B4637 Tolladine Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 8 August 2018.

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Waverley Street, Worcester]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side ofroad in Worcester:

Waverley Street (south west side) from the centre point of its junction with Orchard Street for a distance of 11 metres in a north westerly direction and 15 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (whichprovidesforcivilenforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)andwillcontain exemptionstoallowparking/accessforcertainpurposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2018.
