Notice is hereby given that We, BS@BS Limited, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE BLACKSMITHS ARMS STATION ROAD LOW PITTINGTON DURHAM DH6 1BJ, For a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Live Music 19:30 – 23:00 Friday and Saturday, Recorded Music 11:00 - 23:00 Monday to Wednesday and Sunday, 11:00 – 00:00 Thursday to Saturday, Sale of alcohol 11:00 - 23:00 Monday - Wednesday, 11:00 - 00:00 Thursday - Saturday and 11:30 - 23:00 Sunday. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS. Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 02 August 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
