LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I Charles Dobosz have made an application on 6th July 2018 to Warrington Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at Las Ramblas, Basement #1 (Left), The Treasury, Palmyra Sq South, Warrington, WA1 1BL. The application is to change the plan to include a Pavement Café outside seating area. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 3rd August 2018 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
