NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT LHG Live Ltd, The Music Factory, Jessop Way, Newark NG24 2ER of Trent Park, Cockfosters Road, Enfield EN4 OPS has made an application to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence for the following licensable activities: Simple Minds Concert (one day - 2500 people), live music, recorded music, supply of alcohol Monday 27th August 2018 16:00-23:00. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/ services/business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within the 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
