Proposed Order: to close that part of C2038 Astwood Lane, Feckenham from its junction with Poplars Lane for a distance of 1070 metres in an easterly direction in orderto facilitate flood alleviation drainage works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Rockhill Lane, B4090 The Saltway, B4092 Edgioake Lane, A441 Evesham Road, C2038 Church Road, C2036 Astwood Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 6 August 2018.

Order 2018

Order made: to close that part of Butler Street, Astwood Bank from its junction with Queen Street to its junction with Foregate Street in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;and toallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: U30023 Butler Street, U30027 High Street, C2038 Feckenham Road, A441 Evesham Road,

U30022 Retreat Street, U30022 Foregate Street and

vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 16 July 2018.

(C2178 Brockhill Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of C2178 Brockhill Lane, Redditch from its junction with U31094 Wheelers Lane for a distance of 345 metres in a south westerly direction in order to facilitateSevern Trentworks. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises frontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;and toallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4184 Brockhill Drive, B4096

HewellLane,U22403TunnelHill,C2178BrockhillLane

and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 16 July 2018.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on Station Road and Latimer Road, Alvechurch] On 28 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waitingatanytimeonthefollowinglengthsandsides of roads in Alvechurch:-

Station Road (north side) from its junction with LatimerRoadfor adistanceof10metresin awesterly direction and 17.6 metres in an easterly direction. Latimer Road (both sides) from its junction with Station Road for adistanceof18metresin anortherly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 19 July 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at BromsgroveDistrictCouncil,CustomerServiceCentre, Parkside,MarketStreet,Bromsgrove,Worcs.,B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
