Ar 10 Gorffennaf 2018 roedd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych ("y Cyngor") wedi gwneud y gorchymyn uchod dan y teitl "Gorchymyn (Lleoedd Parcio Oddi ar y Stryd) (Heol y Frenhines, y Rhyl) Cyngor Sir Ddinbych 2018 dan Adran 35 (1) a (3) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd ("y Ddeddf") i reoleiddio'r defnydd a wneir o'r lie parcio a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen isod.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn cynnwys darpariaethau sy"n cyfyngu'r He parcio i'w ddef nyddio gan y dosbarthiadau cerbyd hynny a restrir yn yr Atodlen isod a hefyd mae'n pennu dyddiau gweithredol, oriau gweithredol a ffioedd y He parcio fel y nodir yn yr Atodlen. Caiff ffioedd y maes parcio eu casglu drwy gyfrwng peiriannau "talu ac arddangos".
Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn yn swyddfeydd yr islof nodedig yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol neu yn Llyfrgell y Rhyl yn ystod oriau agor arferol.
Os dymunwch gwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a wneir ynddo ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig y Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed oddi tani mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwnnw, cyn pen chwe wythnos o 10 Gorffennaf 2018.

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
OFF STREET PARKING PLACE ORDER 2018
QUEEN STREET, RHYL_
On 10th July 2018 Denbighshire County Council ("the Council") made the above named order entitled "Denbighshire County Council (Queen Street, Rhyl) (Off-Street Parking Place) Order 2018 under Section 35 (1) and (3) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended ("the Act") regulating the use of the parking place described in the Schedule below.
The Order contains provisions restricting the use of the parking place to use by those classes of vehicle specified in the Schedule hereto and also specifies for such parking place the days of operation hours of operation and scale of charges as stated in the Schedule. Car Parking charges will be collected either by means of "pay and display" machines
A copy of the Order may be inspected at the offices of the undersigned during normal office hours or at Rhyl Library, during normal opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 10th July 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
