NOTICE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Karl Anthony Avison Cedarbarn, Thornton Road, Pickering, YO18 7JX. Application has been made on the11thJuly 2018 for a variation of the above premises licence as follows:- To vary the licensing plan to reflect changes to the layout of the premises as per new plan submitted to the licensing authority. To alter the hours for the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) to daily between the hours of 09:00 and 23:00. The premises to be open to the public daily between the hours of 09:00 and 23:30. A record of this application may be inspected within the Ryedale District Council Register kept at the address shown below. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council, Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7ZG (www.ryedale.gov.uk) within 28 days of the date of the application shown above (ie by the 8th of August 2018).It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
