LICENSING ACT 2003 -NOTICE OF APPLICATION APPLICANT: HICKORY'S (ROS) LIMITED PREMISES: THE PAVILION, TYBRIDGE STREET, WORCESTER, WR25 5BA An application has been made for the variation of a Premises Licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:-The variation is made in respect of amendments to layout pursuant to planning permission ref P18K0213 and the removal of conditions 1,2, 5, 6 in Annex 3 of the premises licence. There will be no changes made to the licensable activities, opening hours or the current hours that licensable activities may be conducted. Acopyofthe application fortheabove variation is available for inspection at the office of Licensing, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF. The record of the application is available for inspection by contacting 01905 822799. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk by no later than 3 AUGUST 2018 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given the Licensing Authority.

false statement in connection with an application

the maximum fine for which a person is liable on

summary conviction for making a false statement

is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
