DORCAN WAY RESTRICTED SPEED LIMIT ORDER

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th July 2018 SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made the above Order to revoke a section of the 40mph Speed Limit on Dorcan Way at the mini roundabout junction with Greenbridge Road to be replaced with a restricted road status with a 30mph speed limit identified with the presence of street lighting. The Order will be operative as of 9 July 2018 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 4 July 2018 apply to the High Court forthis purpose.
