NOTICE is hereby given that on 2 July 2018, a petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by The Royal Bank of Scotland Plc craving the court inter alia to order that Townmount Ltd (Company Number SC221657), having their registered office at 10 Quarry Place, Hamilton, Lanarkshire, ML3 7BB to be wound up by the court and to appoint Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner, Middlesbrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG or such other person as the Court may think fit to be Interim Liquidator.
