Public Notice - Licensing Application Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made to the Licensing Authority for Swindon for the grant of a Premises Licence by Lindsay Lennon-Smith in respect of TT Linnet, 41 High St, Highworth, SN6 7AQ. The application seeks the following licensable activities and times: 7 days 10:00am -midnight.

The full application may be inspected at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West Floor 5, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours Monday to Friday.

Responsible Authorities, and/or other persons (e.g. people/businesses living or working within the vicinity), can make representations at any time between 5th July and 1st August. All representations must be made in writing [including e-mail or fax], to the Licensing Manager, at the above address or by email to Iicensing@swindon. gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction, to a maximum fine of £5,000.
