London Borough of Harrow Pangbourne Drive and Stonegrove service road - waiting restrictions and one way system The Harrow (Prescribed Route) (Amendment No. 9) Traffic Order 2018 The Harrow (Waiting and loading restriction) (Amendment No. 70) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 2nd July 2018 the Council of the London Borough of Harrow made the above titled orders under Section 6, 7, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and under all other enabling powers.

2. The Harrow (Prescribed Route) (Amendment No. 9) Traffic Order 2018 and The Harrow (Waiting and loading restriction) (Amendment No. 70) Traffic Order 2018 revoke and continue in force indefinitely the provisions of The Harrow (Waiting and loading restriction) (Experimental No. 1) Traffic Order 2017 and The Harrow (Prescribed Route) (Experimental No. 1) Traffic Order 2017. The orders continue in force the waiting restrictions in Pangbourne Drive, and the one way system in the service road in Stonegrove, measures which were introduced to relieve congestion in the area.

3. A copy of the orders which will come into force on 9th July 2018, and more details pertaining to the orders, can be inspected at the one stop shop at the civic centre, between 9am and 5pm, Mondays to Fridays. Plans and a copy of the notice may also be viewed on the traffic order page at www.Harrow.gov.uk

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the orders or their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
