Redbridge Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Section, Civic Pride 10th Floor Rear Lynton House, 255 - 259 High Road, llford, Essex IG11 NY. The record of this application ay be inspection Monday to Friday (expect bank Holidays) between the hours of 10am to Noon and 2pm to 4pm or on the Redbridge website at: https://www.redbridge.gov.uk/ business-and-regeneration/licensing-including-street-trading/ alcohol-and-entertainment-licences/. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the Tuesday 17th May 2018. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing such residents or businesses may make representations. The grounds on which representations may be made are restricted to the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Representations cannot be made after the provisional statement has been issued. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,0000, for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
