NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Soirée Mobile Bars Ltd has applied to Chelmsford Council for a new premises licence in respect of: Uncle Sams BBQ Cookout Festival in Central Park, Chelmsford. For the dates of 10th August (17:00-00:00), 11th (10:00 - 23:00) 12th August 2018 (10:00-18:00). Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Services Civic Centre Duke Street Chelmsford Essex CM1 1JE WITHIN THREE WEEKS specifying the ground of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
