Notice is hereby given that We Green Room St Helens Limited have applied to St Helens Council for Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Green Room, 17-19 Duke Street, St Helens, WA10 2JE Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is: That on no more than 12 occasions the premises are to be allowed to trade until 05.00am. That the existing provision for the supply of alcohol include for consumption on and off the premises.The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. Any representations must be made in writing or email to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF (or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk) By 26 July 2018. It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
