WARRINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, the Council intends to make Orders under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

VARIOUS ROADS IN LATCHFORD EAST AND LATCHFORD WEST (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND CLEARWAY) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be as follows: -Temporary Prohibition of Driving and Clearway: Seeker Crescent (Latchford East) Its entire length Pearson Avenue (Latchford East) Its entire length Westbrooke Avenue from Pearson Avenue for 50m Archer Avenue from Pearson Avenue for 50m Woolacombe Close (Latchford East) Its entire length St Mary's Street (Latchford West) Its entire length Shrewsbury Street from St. Mary's Street for 50m Hughes Street from St. Mary's Street for 50m Marbury Street from St. Mary's Street for 50m Hewitt Street from St. Mary's Street for 50m Miller Street from St. Mary's Street for 50m St Mary's Court from St. Mary's Street for 50m Peartree Place from St. Mary's Street for 50m New Road from St. Mary's Street for 50m Gainsborough Road (Latchford West) from Cul-de-sac at 117 to 131 its entire length Gainsborough Road (Latchford West) from Cul-de-sac at 139 to 149 its entire length Wilderspool Crescent (Latchford West) Its entire length Maple Grove (Latchford West) Its entire length Clarke Avenue from Pearson Avenue for 50m in each direction

Seeker Avenue from Seeker Crescent for 50m in each direction

Birch Grove Its entire length

The Order will be effective from 30th July 2018 for

a period of 8 weeks, between the hours of 8:30am ■

5:30pm when the signed on site.

The alternative routes are:

Pearson Avenue via Loushers Lane, Clarke Avenue and vice versa.

St Mary's Street via Park Avenue, Knutsford Road and vice versa.

Maple Grove via Birch Grove, Beech Grove, Park Avenue and vice versa.

The restrictions are required to undertake carriageway and footway surfacing.

WARRINGTON TOWN FOOTPATH NO. 48 (FOOTPATH CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018

The effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure along Warrington Town Footpath No. 48, for its entire length.

The Order will be effective from Monday 23rd July 2018

for 2 weeks, when signed on site.

The alternative route will be via Wilson Patten Street,

Slutchers Lane and vice versa.

The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out

maintenance work.

ARPLEY ROAD. BROAD ARPLEY LANE & ARPLEY BRIDGE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING & FOOTWAY CLOSURE) TEMPORARY ORDER 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is as follows: Temporary Prohibition of Driving: Arpley Road - For a distance of 50m in a south westerly direction from its junction with Wilson Patten Street to its junction with Broad Arpley Lane. Temporary Footway Closure: Broad Arpley Lane - From its junction with Arpley Road to its junction with Park Boulevard. Arpley Bridge - From its junction with Wilderspool Causeway to its junction with Arpley Road. The Order will be effective from Saturday 14th July 2018 for 3 days, when signed on site. The alternative route for the footway closures will be via Park Boulevard, Wilderspool Causeway, Warrington Bridge, Bridge Foot and vice versa. The closure is required to allow Network Rail to carry out bridge maintenance works.

ACCESS WILL BE UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE RELEVANT CONTRACTOR FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORKS WHERE REQUIRED.
