Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(Stanley Street, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Stanley Street, Worcester from its junction with A38 Bath Road to its junction with Orchard Street in order to facilitate new gas works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Bath Road, Greenway Drive, Diglis Lane, Berwick Street, Orchard Street and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 9 July 2018.
(A4440 Swinesherd Way (Southbound), Whittington)(Temporary Closure

Proposed Order: to close that part of A4440 Swinesherd Way (Southbound), Whittington from its junction with Wildwood Drive to its junction with A44 Whittington Roadin order toinstall anewsurfacecoursewith rolledin chippingsby Bell Contracting.
Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: A44 Spetchley Road, A44 Evesham Road, B4084 Egdon Lane, B4084 Windmill Hill, B4084 Worcester Road, B4084 Pershore Road, A44 Whittington Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (21:00 - 05:30) Commencing: 30 July 2018.
(Green Lane, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
ProposedOrder:toclosethatpartofGreen Lane, Worcester from itsjunction with Gillam Street to its junction with Mayfield Road in order to install a zebra crossing and lay a high friction surface.
Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: Green Lane, Merrimans Hill Road, St Georges Lane North, A38 Barbourne Road, A38 Droitwich Road, B4482 Bilford Road, B4482 Astwood Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 22 days Commencing:
30July2018.

Proposals To Construct Raised Zebra Crossing On Green Lane, Worcester
Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council propose to construct a raised zebra crossing to serve pedestrians on Green Lane, Worcester. The site of the crossing will be at a point 45 metres east of its junction with Gillam Street (outside St Barnabas First School) The proposal may be described as follows:
Zebra crossing Table - 100mm high (to be flush to existing footways) at a gradient of 1:12.5, overall length 6 metres, width 7 metres
A plan showing these proposals may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office house. (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on (Revocation and Proposals) On Bolston Road, Woolhope Road and The Hill Avenue, Worcester]
On21 June2018WorcestershireCountyCouncilmadeanOrdertheeffectofwhich will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroad in Worcester:-
Woolhope Road (both sides) from its junction with The Hill Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction; (south west side) from its junction with Bolston Roadforadistanceof7metresinasouth easterlydirectionand7metresin a north westerly direction. Bolston Road (both sides) from its junction with Woolhope Road for a distance of 7 metres in a south westerly direction. The Hill Avenue (north west side) from its junction with Woolhope Road for a distance of 10metresin anorth easterlydirectionand10metresin asouth westerlydirection. RevokeprohibitionofwaitingatanytimeBolstonRoad(bothsides)fromapoint 10metresfromitsjunction with Bath Roadfor adistanceof10metresin aneasterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 12 July2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement ofReasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester, WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
ThevalidityoftheCouncil'spowersinmakingtheOrderorthisexerciseofthemmay be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Worcester:-

Lane for adistance of6.6 metresin northerlydirection.
