Application No: 2018/33076 Proposal: Householder-Demolition of existing outbuilding and erection of new garage. Location: 32, Grappenhall Road, Warrington, WA4 2AG Applicant Mr Paul Davies

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The application may be inspected on-line at www. warrington.gov.uk or at Warrington Borough Council Customer Contact Centre, 26 - 30 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, WA11XL between the hours of 9.00-17.00 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & 9.00-16.00 on a Tuesday.
