PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
To Whom It May Concern: I Charles G Ward do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises License at 355-359 Abergele Road, Old Colwyn, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, LL29 9PL presently known as Cariad Ink. The application is to: Allow the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and off the premises between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday (7days) Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later that 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offense knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
