(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Byron Way, Catshill, Bromsgrove]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Catshill, Bromsgrove:-

Byron Way (south side) from a point 48 metres west of the centrepoint of its junction

with Blake Road for a distance of 6.6 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil

enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will

contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to

make the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service

Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall,

Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/

Order 2018

Order made: to close that part of C2062 Bradford Lane and Dordale Lane, Belbroughton from a point at its junction with Waystone Lane for a distance of 88 metresin anortherlydirection andthen fromthesamejunctionpointforadistance of 62 metres in a southerly direction in order to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2062 Bradford Lane, C2062 Church Road, B4188 High Street, B4188 Hartle Lane, A491 Stourbridge Road, B4091 Stourbridge Road, C2062 Rocky Lane, C2062 Doctors Hill, C2062 Dordale Road and vice versa. Order made: to close that part of A38 Roman Way, A38 Impney, A38 Rashwood Hill, Droitwich Spa from its junction with A442 Kidderminster Road for a distance of 410 metresinanortheasterlydirectioninordertofacilitatecarriagewayresurfacingworks. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Worcester Road, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, A38/A448 Roundabout, A448 Stratford Road, A448 Market Street, A448, Kidderminster Road, A450 Worcester Road, A442 Droitwich Road, A442 Kidderminster Road and vice versa. (Foley Gardens, Stoke Prior)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of Foley Gardens, Stoke Prior from its junction with B4091 Hanbury Road for a distance of 140 metres in a south westerly in order to facilitate water connection works by Severn Trent.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnootherform ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4091 Hanbury Road, Foley Gardens and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Hockley Brook Lane and C2062 Dordale Road. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:

(C2033 MoorgateRoad,HarboursHill)(TemporaryClosure)Order2018 Proposed Order: to close thatpartofC2033 Moorgate Road, Harbours Hill from its junction with B4091 Hanbury Road to its junction with C2033 Woodgate Road in order tofacilitate newwaterconnection bySevern Trent.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnootherform ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4091 Hanbury Road, C2045 Stoke Pound Lane, C2179 Whitford Bridge Road, Moorgate Road and vice versa.
