LEON QUARTER PUBLIC CONSULTATION
Fl Real Estate Management is hosting a public exhibition for local residents, businesses and stakeholders on its proposal to create a new residential community in Croydon Town Centre, The Leon Quarter.
The proposals seek to provide a range of residential accommodation across three new buildings that will sit alongside the existing Leon House, High Street, Croydon to create The Leon Quarter.
The proposals will provide a new public square and neighbourhood garden, as well as new shops and restaurants.
YOUR VIEWS:
Local residents, businesses and stakeholders are invited to attend the public exhibition to find out more about the proposal, ask questions and provide feedback prior to the submission of a planning application.
WHERE:
The exhibition will take place at TMRW (cafe and co-working space), 75-77 High Street, Croydon CRO1QE on the following days: Friday 13 July 2018 - l-7pm; and Saturday 14July 2018 - 10am-l pm
