NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT FARMDROP LTD has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence, licensable activities as follows: Sale of alcohol by retail via Farmdrop.com. Using warehouse to store beers, wines & spirits for delivery to customer homes via our fleet of vans and our drivers across London, at: Unit 5 Enfield Distribution Park, East Duck Lees Lane, Mollison Avenue. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing licensing@enfield.gov.uk WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION: 26th June 2018. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/ services/business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within the 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
