ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS NORFOLK ROAD, THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit parking in Norfolk Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) waiting and loading restrictions will apply and parking will be prohibited in Norfolk Road on both sides of the road between its junction with Heath Road and No. 36 Norfolk Road on the north-east side and between its junction with Heath Road and No. 41 Norfolk Road on the south-west side.
(b) Any other temporary traffic management measures will be introduced as required to facilitate the said works.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 23 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS COLLEGE ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in College Road, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
a) College Road will be closed between a point approximately opposite the western flank wall of No. 96 George Street and a point approximately 25 metres south-east of the junction with George Street.
b) Parking bays within the above closure area will be suspended and the car park will not be accessible.
3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via George Street, Park Lane and College Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 07 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 2 days (with back-up start dates of 14 or 21 July if the works are delayed). However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The restriction will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) a vehicle involved in the said works;
(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS NAPIER ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements and parking in Napier Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Napier Road will be closed at its junction with Apsley Road.
(b) Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced as necessary, operating "at any time".
3. Whilst the above closure is in force, the alternative route for traffic will be via Apsley Road, Seymour Place and Belfast Road, as appropriately signed.
4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 05 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within one day between 9am and 5pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14, AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily:
(a) introduce one-way traffic for the duration of the works in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;
(b) temporarily close to vehicular traffic those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice;
(c) temporarily close any adjoining streets to those mentioned in the Schedule to vehicular traffic where this is considered necessary to facilitate the work in progress; and
(d) temporarily introduce banned turns, footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time should this be required;
(e) any other temporary traffic management measures as required to facilitate gas works.
2. Wherever the work happens to be in progress in those streets or lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice, no person may cause or permit any vehicle to: (a) proceed in a direction other than that Indicated by a traffic sign, or
(b) proceed in any street or length of street which may at the time be subject to a road closure until the completion of the work allows.
3. Whilst the provisions of the Order remain in force, waiting or loading by vehicles will be prohibited at any time in those streets or lengths of streets specified where work is in progress. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction on waiting imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
4. During the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above, displaced traffic will be diverted via local streets as appropriately signed.
5. The Order will come into operation on the 23 July 2018 and will remain In force for a period of 18 months although it is anticipated the works will be completed within 6 weeks.
(Note: The provisions of the Order will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs, Regulations and General Directions 2002. Access for frontagers will be maintained as far as possible whilst the work proceeds).
