LICENSING ACT 2003 Public Notice I, Mr Atif Khan, am applying for a new premises licence, in accordance with the requirements of The Licensing Act 2003, for: Name of Premises / Club: Tabee Local (Off Licence) Address: 100 Booth Road, Little Lever, Bolton, BL3 1JP Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours of Operation: The retail sale / supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises only. Monday to Saturday - 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs (inclusive). Sunday: 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs. Opening hours of premises Monday to Saturday (inclusive) - 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Sunday: 10:00hrs to 22:30hrs. The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Regulatory Services, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to the above address by (18th July 2018). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
