Proposed development at 1 Southview Drive, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex, SS0 9PW (“the Property”) . We give notice that Harrison Developments Limited is applying to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council for planning permission to redevelop the site into two apartments with associated parking. Any owner or tenant of any land or property adjoining or near to the Property who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Department of Place, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ER within 21 days of the service or publication of this notice.
