CLOSURES AND WAITING RESTRICTIONS THE HARINGEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTES) (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2018
THE HARINGEY (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. 65) ORDER 2018 T31
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 28th June 2018 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders, in relation to the existing part time road closure and waiting restrictions for Myddleton Road, will be to:-
(a) extend the lengths of the closure and restrictions to include that section of Myddleton Road between Marlborough Road and Whittington Road; and
(b) extend the times of operation of the closure and restrictions so that they will operate on the first Sunday of every month, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
3. Copies of the Orders referred to above, which will come into force on 1st July 2018, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made at www.haringey.gov.uk/traffic_orders.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
