NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1990, SECTION 257 & PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 STOKE LYNE FOOTPATH No.15 (PART) DIVERSION
ORDER 2015
The above Order was made on the 18 August 2015. The effect of the Order will be to divert that section of Stoke Lyne Footpath No.15 which runs from the entrance to Horwell Farm at grid ref SP 54027,30264 (point A on the order map) in an East North East direction to grid ref SP 54035,30269 (point B on the order map), thence in a North East by North direction to grid ref SP 54078,30331 (point C on map), thence in an EastNorth East direction to grid ref SP 54162,30370 (point D on the order map), thence in an East by North direction to grid ref SP 54176,30373 (point E on the order map), thence in a Eastern direction to grid ref SP 54266,30370 (pointF on the order map) onto a newline from the existing footpath at grid ref SP 54266,30370 (point G on the order map) in a South West by South direction for approximately 40 metres to grid ref SP 54242, 30340 (point H on the order map), thence in a West by South direction for approximately 165 metres to grid ref SP 54082, 30300 (point I on the order map), thence in a South by West direction for approximately 55 metres to grid ref SP 54067, 30248 (point J on the order map), thence in a West North West direction for approximately 45 metres to grid ref SP 54027, 30264 (point K on the order map), where it meets the line of the existing footpath. Width: 1.5 metres
A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge at Cherwell District Council Offices, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury and Cherwell District Council Offices, Market Square, Bicester from 9.00am to 4.00pm onMondaytoFriday. CopiesoftheOrderandmapmaybe bought there at the price of fifty pence.
Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to AmyJones, Legal Services, Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA, not later than 24 September 2015. Please state the grounds on which it is made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are subsequently withdrawn, Cherwell District Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation, representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
