OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, KIDLINGTON AND GOSFORD) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 25 June 2108 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, which comes into force on 2 July 2018 is to introduce double yellow lines-No Waiting at Any Time in Water Eaton Lane on both sides from its junction with Bicester Road south-eastwards for 380 metres; and in Cromwell Way on both sides from its junction with Bicester Road, Gosford southwards for 20 metres.

The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads, Kidlington) (Prohibition of Waiting) (Amendment) Order 2015 is amended accordingly.

Documents giving detailed particulars of the proposal are available for public inspection at Oxfordshire County Council, New Road, Oxford, OX1 1ND and at Kidlington Library, 23 Oxford Road, OX5 2BP, on Monday and Thursday from 9.30am to 5pm, Tuesday and Friday 9.30am to 7pm, Wednesday 9.30am -to 1pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4.30pm. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to this Order, you may within six weeks from 25 June 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
