DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL McMULLEN ROAD, DARLINGTON (ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2018
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven
days from the date of this notice to make an Order
under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of
which will be to close:
McMULLEN ROAD
From its junction with Haughton Road southwards to the
north side of Red Barnes Way junction
An alternative route will be signed via Haughton Road,
Haughton Green, Stockton Road, A66, Tornado Way
and vice versa.
The Order is necessary to allow diversion of a gas main.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under
this Order is 18 months commencing from 23rd July
2018, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective
for 4 weeks.
