Notice is hereby given that the following application has been submitted to Richmondshire District Council in accordance with the above act:

3. Proposed licensable activities: Supply of Alcohol
4.The register of applications and the record of this application is available for inspection at the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond.
5. Representations concerning this application should be submitted, in writing, to the above-named by not later than 24/07/2018
6. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
