PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT -PROPOSED PLANNING

APPLICATION

In accordance with current planning legislation a pre-application public consultation event will be held in relation to a proposed housing development by Persimmon Homes at Land at Southpark, Peebles

The public event will be held as follows:-Tuesday 10th July 2018 AT EASTGATE THEATRE AND ARTS CENTRE, PEEBLES EH45 8AD between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00pm.

The public event is an open forum for interested parties to view details of the proposal, obtain information from the developer and provide feedback to help shape the proposals. Staff from Persimmon Homes will be in attendance to assist with any questions or queries. All comments made on the day of the event will be considered by the developer prior to the submission of a planning application to Scottish Borders Council. Formal representations cannot be made until such time as a planning application has been submitted and registered by the local authority.
