GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH CNY 2)

(PARISH OF NYMPSFIELD) DIVERSION ORDER 2018 The above Order made on the 8th June 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed, will divert the length of Public Footpath described in Part 1 of the Schedule hereto to a line described in Part 2. A copy of the Order and plan may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG and Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Stroud, Glos, GL5 4UB. Copies of the Orders and Order Plans may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference CNY/2/MBT). Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Lead Officer. Gloucestershire County Council Shire Hall Westgate Street Gloucester GL1 2TG not later than the 26th July 2018. Please state the grounds on which they are made. (Please quote reference CNY/2MBT). If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn Gloucestershire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. In submitting an objection it should be noted that personal data and correspondence relating to any objection will be passed to Gloucestershire County Council in order that they can contact you directly to address the issues raised. If any person does not wish personal data to be forwarded to the Council they should state why when submitting the objection and the Secretary of State will copy the representations to the Council with the name and address removed and if there is to be a public inquiry the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.

PART 2 Description of new path A length of footpath that runs from OSGR SO8008/0059 in a south easterly then north easterly then north westerly for 155 metres to OSGR SO8016/0065 Please Note: The diversion will allow for the footpath to be moved from the centre of the school playing field.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF 41480 COOMBE ROAD, (WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council intends to make an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41480 Coombe Road from outside the property known as 1 Uphill for a distance of approximately 50 metres.
The reason for the closure is to install a new water pipe.
The road is expected to be closed from 10th July 2018 until
12th July 2018 only or until the works have been completed.
