Regulation 30 (1) (c) Notice of Determination of an EIA Application Site: Ardley Energy Recovery Facility, Middleton Stoney Road, Ardley, Oxfordshire, OX27 7AA Planning Reference: MW.0085/17 Planning permission number: 17/02104/CM Description of Development: Continuation of the development permitted by MW.0044/08 (the construction and operation of an energy from waste and combined heat and power facility together with associated office, visitor centre and bottom ash recycling facilities, new access road and weighbridge facilities and the continuation of landfill operations and landfill gas utilisation with consequent amendments to the phasing and final restoration landform of the landfill surface, water attenuation features and improvements to the existing household waste recycling centre) without complying with conditions 1 and 3, in order to allow an import of 326 300 tonnes per annum to the Energy Recovery Facility Decision: Grant subject to conditions A Statement under Regulation 30(1)(d) has been placed on the Planning Register held by Cherwell District Council.

(i) the reasoned conclusion on the significant effects of the development on the environment;

(iii) a description ofanyfeatures ofthe development and any measures envisaged in order to avoid, prevent, reduce and, if possible, offset, likely significant adverse effects on the environment;



(iv) any monitoring measures considered appropriate;



(v) the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based including, if relevant, information aboutthe participation ofthe public;



(vi) a summary of the results of the consultations undertaken, and information gathered, in respect of the application and how those results have been incorporated or otherwise addressed;



(vii)information regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision and the procedures for doing so.
