Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of Medal Close, Kidderminster from its junction with C2199 Hurcott Road for its entire length in order to facilitate crane lifting works.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. No alternative route.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 22 July 2018.

(C2192 Menith Wood)(Temporary Closure)

Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2192 Menith Wood from its junction with B4202 Worcester Road to Malvern Hills Boundary in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises

frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4204 Worcester Road, C2024 Pensax Road, C2192 Pensax Common, C2192 Penn Hall Lane, C2192 Menith Wood to Malvern Hills Boundary and vice versa.

(C2126 Waggon Lane, Kidderminster)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of C2126 Waggon Lane, Kidderminster from its junction with A451 Stourbridge Road to its junction with C2127 Perryford Lane in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremises frontingthehighwayaffectedwherethereisnoother form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A451 Stourbridge Road, C2061 RockyLane,C2126ChurchillLane,C2126WaggonLane and vice versa.

Order 2018

Proposed Order: to close that part of New Road,

BewdleyfromitsjunctionwithB4190HabberleyRoad

to its junction with B4190Kidderminster Road in order

to facilitate Prysmian Cables works.

form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4190 Habberley Road, B4190

Kidderminster Road and vice versa.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Hurcott Road, Kidderminster]

On 14 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-Hurcott Road (south side) from a point 50.4 metres east of the centre point of its junction with The Deansway for a distance of 6 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 5 July 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wyre Forest District Council, Customer Service Centre, Vicar Street, Kidderminster, DY101DB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council' s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
