Licence Application

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the King Alfred 11 Saxon Road Winchester S023 7DJ for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The changes include the addition of a bar servery and marquee to the current garden area. We also propose to add the following conditions to the premises licence: I. When in use,the external bars will be supervised at all times. 2. When the external bars are in use, glass collectors will be on duty to collect glasses and bottles out­doors. 3. The external bars will dose to customers by 23:00 hours on any day. 4. No regulated entertainment in permitted outdoors. 5. Signage will be displayed reminding customers to respect the neighbours. The opening hours and licensable activities autho­rised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any part of the variation application that change the layout/plan at the premises to be of no effect until the work has been completed. Locations of fire safety equipment subject to change in accor­dance with the requirements of the responsible authorities or following a risk assessment Any detail shown on the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change.
