(C2231 Shoulton Lane, Hallow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2231 Shoulton Lane, Hallow from its junction with A443 Main Road to its junction with U62416 Peachley Lane in order to facilitate installation of storm drain, works by RM Contractors Ltd.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2231 Broadheath Lane, C2231 Hallow Lane, B4204 Martley Road, A443 Hallow Road, A443 Main Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing: 25 July 2018.

(C1066 Pound Lane, Clifton upon Teme)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C1066 Pound Lane, Clifton upon Teme from its junction with B4204 Church Road for a distance of 140 metres in a southerly direction intotheHerefordshireBoundaryin ordertofacilitateSevern Trentworks. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: B4204 Church Road, B4204 The Village to Ham Bridge, B4204 Ham Bridge to B4197 Martley, B4197 Berrow Green Road, B4197 Hipplecote, B4197 Ankerdine Hill, B4197 Knightsford Bridge, A44 Bromyard Road, diversion runs into HerefordshireBoundaryandviceversa.

(C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2115 Stonebow Road, Drakes Broughton from itsjunction with C2222 Walcot Lane to its junction with U47629 Shrubbery Road in order to facilitate Severn Trentworks.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternativeroute: U47629 ShrubberyRoad, C2222 WalcotLane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 40 days Commencing: 23 July 2018.

(A4538 Pershore Lane (Northbound), Hindlip)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018 Order made: to close that part of A4538 Pershore Lane (Northbound), Hindlip from itsjunction with M5 J6 Warrior Way to itsjunction with Offerton Lane Roundabout in order to facilitate ductcrossings works.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: A4538 Pershore Lane, A38 Droitwich Road, A4536 Hurst Lane, A449 Worcester Northern Link and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 nights Commencing:

28 June 2018.

(C2245 Hopton Lane, Alfrick)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018

Order made: to close that part of C2245 Hopton Lane, Alfrickfrom itsjunction with

C2064 Ashfields to its junction with C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin in order to

facilitatenewcablingductingbyBTOpenreach.

Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremisesfrontingthehighwayaffected wherethereisnoother form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Alternative route: C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, C2065 Brockamin, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford, C2064 Suckley Road, C2064 Smith End Green, C2064 Ashfields and vice versaMaximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 2 July 2018.

(Footpath DB-537, Drakes Broughton & Wadborough)(Temporary Closure

Order) 2018

Proposed Order: to close Footpath DB-537, Drakes Broughton &Wadborough for its entire length.

TheOrderisbeingmadetofacilitateworksfor thelayingofanewgravitysewer. Exemptions:topermitaccesstoanylandorpremiseshavingafrontagetothehighway affectedwherethereisnootherformofaccess;andtoallowthenecessaryworksto be undertaken.

Alternative route: is via footpaths DB-512, DB-526 and DB-527, Drakes Broughton & Wadborough and C2115 Stonebow Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or untiltheworkswhichitisproposedtobecarriedouthavebeencompleted,whichever is the earlier. However, itis anticipated thatthe Order will only be operative for 7 weeks commencing on 23 July 2018.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2018 [Restriction of Waiting on Malvern Road, Worcester]

WorcestershireCountyCouncilaretoconsidermakinganOrder theeffectofwhich will be to restrict waiting Monday - Saturday 7.00am - 7.00pm on the following lengthsandsideofroadin Worcester:-

MalvernRoad(westside)from apoint11.4metressouth ofthecentrepointofits junction with FoleyRoadfor adistanceof38.3 metresinanortherlydirection;from apoint45.4 metres north ofthe centre pointofits junction with FoleyRoad for a distanceof118.12metresin anortherlydirection;fromapoint43.4metresnorth of its junction with Winchester Avenue for a distance of 4.7 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
