Herefordshire Council Public Notice of Continuation

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH WA50 (PART), WALFORD (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2011, temporarily closing Public Footpath WA50, from OS Grid Reference SO 6031,2103 to SO 5980,2078. The closure is required because of the likelihood of danger to the public caused by an unsafe retaining wall. The alternative route is via and vice versa Public Footpaths WA55A, WA51 and Public Bridleway WA53.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 30 June 2018 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
