TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I Christopher James Sharp do hereby give notice that I have applied to the licensing authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at 28 Dock Street, Cogan, CF64 2LA, known as Supreme Convenience Stores (Cogan)
The application is for a premises licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 9am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, or
by email to licensing@valeofgla
morgan.gov.uk
Not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
