Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence. Pete Pinnington and Benjamin Anthony Harding have given to Warrington Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for one weekend in the month of August each year at LiveWire (external fields and location) Hub Jubilee Way, Warrington WA2 8HE. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are: Sale of alcohol by retail for consumption ‘on’ the premises Saturday and Sunday August between 11.00 until 21.30 hours. Provision of Regulated Entertainment to include playing of Live music and recorded music Saturday and Sunday August Between:11.00 until 22.00 hours. Premises opening times: Saturday and Sunday August 1100 until 2200 hours. The Licensing Register of Warrington Borough Council is held at 3rd Floor, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website.Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 17th July 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
