THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Louise Swinburne, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as THE RABBIT HOLE (PREVIOUSLY EL COTO) 17 HALLGARTH STREET DURHAM DH1 3AT. A variation is sought to: Add the provision of Live Music from 11:00 – 00:00 Monday to Saturday inclusive, 12:00 – 23:30 Sunday and from the end of permitted house on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Also to amend the internal layout. Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00 hours.
