Phase Two: (c) Brook Street (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with Woodlands Road to its junction with Redland, to enable Wessex Water to undertake works to install new surface water sewer and foul water sewer in the carriageway. Alternative routes: closures (a) and (b) via Brook Street (unaffected length)/Redland - Hungerdown Lane - Sheldon Road -Woodland Road (unaffected length) - Loyalty Street - Marshall Street -Canterbury Street and vice versa. Closure (c) via Brook Street (unaffected length)/Redland - Hungerdown Lane - Sheldon Road - Woodland Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 26 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required from 26 July 2018 until 17 August 2018 (phase one) and from 17 August 2018 until 7 September 2018 (phase two). It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) A361 London Road (Part), Devizes;

from its junction with Moonrakers for a distance of approximately 170m in an easterly direction; (b) Coate Lane (Part), Devizes; from its junction with A361 London Road to its junction with Kingmanor Wharf to enable Ringway to undertake works to remove roundabout and install traffic signals. A361 London Road diversion route via A361 (unaffected length) -A4 - A3102 - A342 and vice versa; Coate Lane diversion route via Coate Lane (unaffected length)-Windsor Drive-A342-A361 (Unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 23 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours

of 19.00 and 06.00 until 31 August 2018. hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (e) Fosse Road (Part), Brokenborough; from its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in an easterly direction to enable Ringway to undertake works to strengthen the bridge. Alternative route via Fosse Road (unaffected length) - Roman Road - Shipton Moyne Road - B4040 - Park Lane - Fosse Road (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 2 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 24 September 2018. No alternative route is available. This Order, which previously came into operation on 18 June 2018, will now recommence on 3 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days. Notice of Public Path Order and Definitive Map Modification Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Sections 257 and Paragraph 1 of Schedule 14 and Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Section 53A THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL FOOTPATH MARLBOROUGH 30 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2018 The named Order was made on 18th June 2018. The effect of the Order, if confirmed as made will be to divert part of footpath MARL30, a length of 65 metres, west of Salisbury Road, Marlborough. An alternative length of footpath will be created, a length of 75 metres, west of Salisbury Road, Marlborough with a width of 2 metres. The Marlborough and Ramsbury District Council area definitive map and statement dated 1952 will be amended accordingly. The diversion is necessary to enable development relating to planning application 15/02025/OUT and 17/03219/REM to proceed. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit: B4643 (Part), Chippenham

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: B4643 (Part), Chippenham; from a point level with the property 'Patterdown Farm' for a distance of approximately 400m in a northerly direction to enable Peter Brett Associates to undertake construction work in safe conditions.The restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.
