The Bexley (Loading Places) (Amendment No. x) Traffic Order 2018
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Traffic Orders under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the above mentioned Order, would be to amend the Bexley (Loading Places) Traffic Order 2012 to create a new loading place in Kennet Road to operate on Monday to Friday between 7am and I Oam.

4. Copies of the proposed Order; the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make this Order; and the plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT

6. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley Traffic and Road Safety Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT, or by email to bruce.woodhams@bexley gov.uk wfthin 21 days of the date of this notice, ft should also include their full name and postal address,

7. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers,

2. The general effect of the above mentioned Amendment Orders, would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018, to:

(a)remove part of an existing residents permit parking bay outside of Nos. 13 and 15 Belvedere Road.
The part of the resident's permit parking bay that is removed which operates between I Oam and
12noon Monday to Friday, will be replaced by the controlled parking zone restriction of no wafting
Monday-Friday I Oam-12noon, denoted by a single yellow line, and (b)amend the descriptions of the parking places in the schedule to accord wfth the marked parking places
on site without making any changes on site.
3.
