NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that SOUVLAKI CITY LTD in respect of premises known as: Souvlaki City Restaurant, 203 Hatfield Road, St Albans AL1 4SY applied to St Albans City and District Council for the grant of a premises licence. The proposed application is: Retail Sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 23:00 hours on sales, Provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 23:30 hours.
Any representation by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE no later than 19 July 2011 stating the grounds for objection. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
