SECTION 14 - THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDERS

Notice is given that SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL intend to make following temporary orders:

1. (TTRO 2916) Temporary Closure and Suspension of Parking of the limited waiting bays on Rodbourne Road between Romsey Street and Summer Street. Temporary Closure and Suspension of Hughes Street from the junction of Rodbourne Road to the former Even Swindon School. These closures are required for works are resurfacing and lining works. Alternative Route for Rodbourne Road closure via Kemble Drive and forthe Hughes Street closure via Summer Street. Effective from the 9 July 2018 for 6 months although works are only expected to take place over



(TTRO 2916) Temporary Closure and Suspension of Parking of the limited waiting bays on Rodbourne Road between Romsey Street and Summer Street.

5 nights on Rodbourne Road and 3 days on Hughes Street within the 6 months period as indicated by road signs.

2. (TTRO 2903) Temporary Closure of Penhill Drive and Downton Road Junction to allow for construction works. Alternative route is via Penhill Drive. Effective from 9 July 2018 for 6 months but works are expected to take place not more than 5 days within the 6 months as indicated by road signs.

3. (TTRO 2914) Temporary Closure of Mill Lane at the

junction of Foxham Way/Peglars Wayjunction to allow Thames Waterto install a new water main. Traffic to be diverted via Foxham Way, Croft Road and Westlecot Road. Effective from the 9 July 2018 for up to 6 months but works are expected to take place no more than 9 days.

4. (TTRO 2925) Temporary Closure of Station Road, Swindon, between Corporation Street and Wellington Street to allow for highway works. Traffic will be diverted along Wellington Street, Manchester Road and Corporation Street. Effective from the 9 July 2018 for 6 months but works are expected to take place over 1 day on the
