ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
ROMAN WAY, CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PARKING AND TRAFFIC SPEED
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate vehicle holding areas for vehicles involved in building development works in the Croydon Growth Zone, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking and vehicle speeds in Roman Way, Croydon.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) parking bays will be introduced and restricted to authorised permit holders only between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday, in Roman Way at the locations specified in the Schedule to this Notice;
(b) outside of the permitted hours parking will be prohibited in these locations and temporary waiting and loading restrictions will apply;
(c) no person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour in Roman Way.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 02 July 2018 and remain in force until the completion of the works. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
MILTON ROAD, CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Milton Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) Milton Road will be closed to vehicular traffic at its junction with Gladstone Road;
(b) One-way working for traffic in Milton Road will be temporarily suspended;
(c) Parking bays at either end of Milton Road will be suspended as necessary to facilitate vehicle movements.
3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes; (b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or
a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 02 July 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within twelve days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

SOUTH NORWOOD HILL & ROSS ROAD, SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate construction works on a new residential development and future utility connections to that site, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular and pedestrian traffic movements and parking in South Norwood Hill and Ross Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-
(a) the south-western footway of South Norwood Hill will be closed between the common boundary of Nos. 137 and 139 South Norwood Hill and the junction with Ross Road, and the south-eastern footway of Ross Road will be closed between the junction with South Norwood Hill and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Ross Road;
(b) parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of the carriageway in South Norwood Hill between the common boundary of Nos. 137 and 139 South Norwood Hill and the junction with Ross Road, and in Ross Road between the junction with South Norwood Hill and the common boundary of Nos. 1 and 3 Ross Road;
(c) Ross Road will be closed to vehicular traffic at its junction with South Norwood Hill;
(d) any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the works will be introduced in both South Norwood Hill and Ross Road as required.
3. Whilst the closure is in place, the diversion route will be via South Norwood Hill, Whitehorse Lane, Canham Road and Ross Road.
4. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 12 July 2018 and will remain in force for 18 months. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
