(Church Lane, Cookhill)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Church Lane, Cookhill from its junction with
A441 Evesham Road to its junction with U43402 Cladswell Lane in order to facilitate
Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: A441 Evesham Road, A441 The Ridgeway, U43407 Wood Lane,
U43402 Cladswell Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 28 days Commencing:
23 July 2018.
(Various Roads, Alvechurch) (30, 40 and 50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2018
(C2043 The Holloway, Alvechurch) (30 Mph Speed Limit)
On 14 June 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which
will be to REDUCE the speed limit on the following length of road in Alvechurch to
30 miles per hour:-
C2043 The Holloway from its junction with C2291 Redditch Road for a distance
of 205 metres in an easterly direction.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 5 July 2018.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order
may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside,
Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester,
WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
(C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2034 Rowney Green Lane, Rowney Green
from its junction with C2035 Storrage Lane to its junction with U23202 Gravel Pit
Lane in order to facilitate BT works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2034 The Holloway, C2291 Redditch Road, C2291 Swan Lane,
C2001 The Square, C2001 Radford Road, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing:
25 July 2018.
(Church Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Church Road, Redditch from its junction with
Adelaide Street to its junction with Church Green West in order to facilitate
carriageway resurfacing works by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Church Road, B4160 Redditch Ringway, Prospect Hill, B4184 Middle
House Lane, A441 Alvechurch Highway, A4023 Coventry Highway, B4160 Redditch
Ringway, Red Lion Street, Queen Street, Archer Road, Easemore Road and Church
Green West.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (within a 2 week period).
Commencing: 29 June 2018.
(Link Footpath F30161, Holloway Park, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpath F30161, Holloway
Park, Redditch from its junction with U33200 Holloway Lane for the entirety of the
footpath in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: – U33324 Holloway Park, U33316 Arthur Street, U33200 Holloway
Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 6 days: Commencing:
27 June 2018.
(Link Footpath F30073 between Woodpiece Lane to Maisemore Close,
Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F30073 between Woodpiece Lane
and Maisemore Close, Redditch from its junction with Impney Close for a distance
of 57 metres in a southerly direction in order to replace a two way network box by
Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: – Impney Close, Maisemore Close, F30073 Maisemore Close,
F30073 Woodpiece Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days: Commencing:
2 July 2018.
