NOTICE OF PROPOSAL FOR THE STOPPIQ UP OF HIGHWAYS (LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD (FORTY HILL) (NO.1) ORDER 2018
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield hereby give notice that they propose to make an Order under section 247 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Schedule 22 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999) ("the Act") to authorise the stopping up of those parts of highway off Forty Hill In the London Borough of Enfield as are more particularly described in the Schedule hereto and shown on The Plan.

If the Order Is made the stopping up will be authorised only In order to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the Council under Pari III of the Act on 22nd September 2014 under reference P13-02567LBE

Copies of the draft Order and the Plan may be Inspected at all reasonable hours during the period of twenty-eight days commencing on the date this Notice Is published at the offices of the London Borough of Enfield at Civic Centre Silver Street Enfield Middlesex EN1 3XA and may be obtained from that address quoting reference STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS (LONDON BOROUGH OF ENFIELD (FORTY HILL) (NO.1) ORDER 2018.
